Ross Swan, based in Singapore, is a renowned management consultant who has worked with several Fortune 500 MNCs around the world. Ross holds an M.Sc. in Training and Performance Management from the University Of Leicester, UK, and received his Graduate Certificate in Business Education from the Queensland University of Technology. He is certified in Training and Assessment and holds a Management Certificate in Marketing from the Queensland University of Technology, as well as certificates in Media Relations.
He has also served on the Queensland University of Technology’s performance management consulting panel, providing consulting for the Australian Government AusAid Program’s Asia Pacific Region (the program aims to reduce poverty and support sustainable development in developing countries). He has also trained senior directors of the Philippine’s government in performance management skills and applications.
Ross is also an Advisory Board Member of The Indian Forum of Educators.
Dale Mcallister is a change management, project management, design thinking and business strategy expert. As an Executive Manager with more than 25 years of IT and Digital transformation, Dale advises on strategic planning for transformations, Enterprise Relationship Management (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), cloud-based applications, business strategy and operations.
Dale’s corporate experiences span across numerous industries and countries. Previously, he served as a Technology Lead (Asia) with the global mining giant Vale, where he managed programs for IT, Management of Technology driven initiatives. Earlier, he created and developed At-life Company, an outdoor advertising, CRM, and new media company with a turnover of SGD $4 million per annum. Dale was also Director IT Asia Pacific Middle East & Africa for McDonald’s Corporation, Director IT Asia Pacific for Campbell Soup Company and Operations Controller for Nestle in previous roles.
Dale has a Master of Arts in Innovation and Change Leadership from York St. John University. He is certified in Design Thinking, Business Administration and Management from MIT Sloan School of Management as well as Project Management from Project Management Institute.
TAN TECK HWA
Tan Teck Hwa, based in Singapore, was recently the Chief Operating Officer at UniHearts International Educational Group, a leading preschool chain in China. Possessing 35 years of experience working in and leading local and overseas education organisations, strategic planning, L&D, corporate governance and curriculum, Teck Hwa is a professional specialising in education and training as well as management and operations of learning institutions.
Prior to joining UniHearts International Educational Group, Teck Hwa was the Vice Principal of SMRT Institute, where he formulated railway engineering competency management framework. He has also implemented education and training programmes for train engineers, technicians and bus captains, as well as spearheaded collaborative projects with local and overseas institutions of higher learning. Previously, he was the Director of Corporate Services directing Entrepreneurship Training Tech Academy’s operations and establishing policies and SOPs on criteria under Corporate Governance & Administration of the Council for Private Education as part of EduTrust application. He has also spearheaded collaborative projects with local and overseas institutions of higher learning.
Teck Hwa has a Master of Education in Academic Quality Assurance System from National Technological University, Singapore and a Bachelors of Engineering with Honors in electrical engineering from The Polytechnic University (TPU), Japan. He also possesses Vocational Trainer License from TPU, diploma in Japanese Language from International Student Institute, Japan and advanced certificate in Learning & Performance from Institute for Adult Learning Singapore, Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS).
Cheong Su Fen is the CEO and founder of Preschool Market, a consultancy enterprise started to support early childhood practitioners, children and parents through meaningful projects and engagements. She is also currently an Associate Lecturer in Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). She has conducted workshops like “How to start a Social Enterprise” and “Kickstart your dream” to train aspiring entrepreneurs, as well as “Tinker Kit” , “Play Meaningfully”, “Engage. Empower. Explore” for early childhood educators, parents and children. She is passionate about data management, knowledge management as well as leveraging on e-commerce for a greater cause.
Prior to starting her own company, Su Fen was an Associate Director for Living Analytics Research Centre (LARC) in Singapore Management University, where she was tasked to manage a total of 51 million of grant funds over the 2 phases of LARC (2015 –2016: 26milllion and 2016 – 2021: 25million).
Previously, she was a Manager of SME Infocomm Enabler team in Infocomm Development Authority Of Singapore, where she formulated technology strategy for Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore and liaise with various stakeholders (government agencies, schools, and local businesses) on technology adoption and new media tools. She has also conducted workshops in SMEs on the topics of “One-stop App Store”, “Financing your business”, “Exploring Opportunities with Technology”. Earlier, Su Fen was the Head of Knowledge Management and Innovation with the Ministry of Education, Singapore, where she curated Innovation Projects. She designed and developed IT systems for improving information management processes in preschool centres and HQ, orchestrated an innovation framework for preschools to encourage schools to promote innovation and creative activities, as well as, developed and implemented ‘sharing of best practices’ framework for preschools. She was also a credit analyst with Procter & Gamble Singapore.
Su Fen is currently a Ph.D candidate in Education and Learning Technology at National Tsing Hua University. She holds a Master of Science in Knowledge Management from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and Bachelor of Science with Honours in Statistics and minored in Financial Mathematics from National University of SIngapore.

WEI YEE, LAU
Lau Wei Yee is the Managing Director of Interactive Accounts, accountancy and financial management advisory company. She specializes in advising SME companies on how they can make correct financial decisions, and expanding their businesses. Her vision is to help companies leverage on accounting technology, actively collaborating with them through innovative platforms and increasing productivity.
Prior to setting up her own company, Wei Yee was a Senior Manager in Finance & Accounting, Legal with Mitsui Chemicals Group. She headed the integration of Finance, Accounting and Legal functions following the amalgamation of the four separate companies into the Mitsui Group in Singapore and successfully incorporated the four Mitsui businesses in Singapore following negotiations with various Japanese and Singapore authorities. She has also worked in Raffles International Limited (Subsidiary of DBS Land) as a Senior Accountant.
Wei Yee holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from National University of Singapore.
